PENATALAKSANAAN FISIOTERAPI DENGAN MODALITAS SHORT WAVE DIATHERMY (SWD), TRANSCUTANEOUS ELECTRICAL NERVE STIMULATION (TENS), DAN MC.KENZIE EXERCISE PADA KASUS LOW BACK PAIN ET CAUSA ISCHIALGIA

Ischialgia merupakan salah satu manifestasi dari nyeri punggung bawah, nyeri yang muncul menjalar sepanjang akar nervus ischiadicus, Ischialgia disebabkan oleh trauma yang menyebabkan kompresi saraf ischiadicus. Fisioterapi sebagai tenaga kesehatan berperan untuk mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pasien yang terganggu. Modalitas yang digunakan adalah short wave diathermy (swd), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (tens), dan Mc Kenzie Exercise. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui apakah modalitas short wave diathermy (swd), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (tens), dan Mc. Kenzie exercise dapat mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pasien yang terganggu. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan penurunan nyeri dengan skla NRS untuk nyeri diam dari 2 menjadi 0, nyeri tekan dari 6 menjadi 3, nyeri gerak flexi lumbal dari 3 menjadi 0, nyeri gerak flexi dan ekstensi hip sinsitra dari 5 menjadi 2, serta peningkatan kemampuan fungsioal dengan adanya penurunan skala Oswestry Index Disability dari total nilai 17= 37,80 % menjadi 3= 6,70%. Kesimpulan studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa modalitas short wave diathermy (swd), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (tens),dan Mc Kenzie exercise dapat mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional

Pengaruh struktur aktiva, investment opportunity set (ios), dan risiko bisnis terhadap kebijakan hutang (studi kasus pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2013 sampai 2017)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Aktiva, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), dan Risiko Bisnis Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013 sampai 2017).Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data laporan keuangan tahunan 15 perusahaan Manufaktur yang terpilih menjadi sampel.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis rasio keuangan dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 kemudian data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Struktur Aktiva dan Investment Opportunity Setberpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, sedangkan Risiko Bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang perusahaan.Namun secara bersama-sama variabel Struktur Aktiva, Investment Opportunity Set,dan Risiko Bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Perusahaan

Praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) ini dilaksanakan RSUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah rumah sakit milik pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang berdiri tanggal 16 Agustus tahun 1975 yang di Jl. Dr Wahidin Sudiro Husodo 243 B Kecamatan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik provinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan dari pada praktek kerja lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen dan penatalaksanaan fisoterapi di Rumah Sakit, yang mencakup antara lain adalah : Standart operasional di Rumah Sakit, struktur organisasi, pemeriksaan pasien, penatalaksanaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKL ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan ikut membantu dalam kegiatan pemeriksaan sampai evaluasi. The Interaction of the Kemambang Village Community in Developing a Tourist Village

Kemambang Village is located in Banyubiru district, Semarang Regency, Ambarawa, with natural potential (natural scenery, dispensary plantations, coffee plantations, and so on); culinary potential (Kumambang mas coffee, Jamu, Gula Ant, and so on); and cultural potential (Rodat dance, Keprajurita dance, Merti Desa, and so on). Kemambang shows that the potential of villages is very diverse, but villages have not been able to optimize the potential of existing resources due to lack of knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the interaction of the kemambang village community in developing tourist villages. The theory used in this study is ecological communication popularized by Luhman (1989). Luhman uses the concept of "resonance" in describing the interaction between the system and the social environment. A context that experiences the complexity of ecological problems can create communication problems, on the contrary, these problems can be overcome with solutions offered simultaneously. The results showed that cooperation between various parties that form the ecology of tourism development in Kemambang village is important to carry out. Karang Taruna still needs cooperation with the village government as the person in charge of the existing programs by conducting two-way communication. Sistem E-Commerce salah satu contoh dari perkembangan perdagangan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Kegiatan E-Commerce memiliki arti yang luas dan mencangkup banyak kegiatan bisnis dengan menggunakan internet, sebagai contoh kegiatan jual-beli produk melalui internet. Akan tetapi karena banyaknya toko online yang beredar para pembeli menjadi kesulitan untuk mencari informasi produk yang dicari. Terdapat beberapa website yang sudah ada untuk pencarian informasi produk namun masih belum sesuai dalam menampilkan produk. Sehingga walaupun sudah tersedia website serupa namun hasil dari informasi produk yang tampilkan masih belum sesuai dengan keyword yang diinputkan atau keinginan pembeli. IMPLEMENTATION OF FUZZY MEMBERSHIP FUNCTION TO DETERMINNE AUTOMATIC WATERINNG TIME

Global warming impacted to agriculture, thereby affecting the world's food supply. UNICEF calls on every country to be able to meet its food needs independently. Indonesia, as an agricultural country, has the potential to meet food needs independently. One effort that can be made is to combine existing agricultural systems with technology through the application of IoT. In this research, it was applied to citrus plants using DHT11 temperature and air humidity sensors and soil moisture sensor YL69. Data processing uses a fuzzy algorithm approach, using two input variables, namely temperature and humidity variables and soil moisture variables. Meanwhile, the resulting output variable is the time for watering the plants. At the fuzzification stage, each variable is grouped into three memberships. For temperature and humidity variables are divided into hot, medium and cold membership. Soil moisture variables are divided into wet, medium and dry membership. And the time variables consists of short, medium and long time membership. In the defuzzification stage, it is calculated by calculating the center of area value for each graphic area resulting from the fuzzification stage. Furthermore, to test the system, the testing carried out resulted in an error value of 5.19 percent. Based on test and trial that be done, the result shows that average volume of water that flows every second when watering plants is 36.5 ml per second

ABSTRAK: Peneltian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sebuah strategi komunikasi dengan menggunakan strategy social untuk melakukan sebuah promosi pariwisata dengan membangun hubungan antara pelaku pariwisata dengan pelanggan dalam hal ini wisatawan. Social strategy melalui social impact dan strategy impact memudahkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pelaku pariwisata Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Social Strategy melalui social strategy dan strategy impact untuk promosi pariwisata Yogyakarta dapat menjalin hubungan antara pelaku pariwisata dengan wisatawan baik online maupun offline. Kegiatan promosi dapat dengan mudah memberikan awareness dan diteruskan oleh follower media sosial kepada pengguna media sosial lainnya. Pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus karyawan Pt pura smart technology)

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening (Studi Kasus Karyawan PT Pura Smart Technology). Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel endogen, yaitu semangat kerja dan motivasi kerja, serta tiga variabel eksogen, yaitu kompensasi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sedangkan sampel penelitian dalam penelitian sebesar 149 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan (SEM) Structual Equatuion Modeling yang di operasikan melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai intervening

Ischialgia is one of the manifestations of low back pain, pain appears along the root of thesciatic nerve, ischialgia caused by trauma that causes compression of the sciatic nerve. Physiotherapyas a health worker plays a role in reducing pain and improving the functional ability of patients who aredisturbe. The modalities used are short wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nervestimulation (TENS), and Mc Kenzie Exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine whether themodalities of short-wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and Mc.Kenzie exercise is can for reduce pain and improve the functional ability of impaired patients. The casestudy results showed a decrease in pain with the NRS scale for silent pain from 2 to 0, tenderness from6 to 3, pain in lumbar flexion from 3 to 0, pain in flexion and extension of the hip sinistra from 5 to 2, aswell as an increase in functional ability with there is a decrease in the Oswestry Index Disability scalefrom a total value of 17 = 37.80 % to 3 = 6.70%. The conclusion of this case study shows that themodalities of short-wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and McKenzie exercise are can reducing pain and improving functional ability

Based on Kemenristekdikti Press Release Number: 3 / SP / HM / BKKP / I / 2019 with “Research, Technology and Open Higher Education, Flexible and Excellent” themes, there are points that nowdays we need to prepare graduates who have competencies and work ability and employability by giving certification, increasing student achievement, and giving professional experience. TVKU as a local television in Semarang has an internship program called Incubator. This research aims to determine the extent of the relevance aspects of Incubator program towards formation of competencies and professional experience for students of Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang before they graduate from college and go into the real world of work. The method used in this research is descriptive. The data in this research were obtained by field studies through interviews, observation and documentation. The process of data analysis uses descriptive-qualitative analysis methods with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, decision making or verification. The results of this study, there is a relationship or relevance between TVKU Incubator programs with the formation of competencies and professional experience of students, proven by the existence of alumni who succeeded to work after joining the Incubator program
